OUTSIDE OF HERE (a 12-hour play)
What does it mean to return to the world when every day has been the same as the one before? Over twelve hours, one performer experiences one story dozens of times over with dozens of different performers.
Outside of Here was created as a collaboration with Pipeline-Collective and was broadcast live by the NECAT Network on October 2, 10 am-10pm CDT. Directed by David Ian Lee and Melinda Sewak, and featuring Karen Sternberg and a cast of three dozen Nashville actors. Outside of Here won the 2022 First Night Award for Outstanding Theatrical Event from the First Night Honors.
Outside of Here was nominated for a 2023 Midsouth EMMY for Technical Achievement.
